Global Mission Excellence

​As an IEE member, and a GME employee (Quality Engineer in Composites), it’s great to see leadership taking inputs and voice of employees and helping change our culture for the better.

For those that don’t know, IEE is driving a groundswell of culture change by integrating the voice of the employee into the way we do business, to alleviate inefficiencies and unleash productivity.

I’d like to commend Art Lofton, VP of Global Quality and Mission Excellence for being a vanguard leader of this cultural change. Employees at El Segundo are seeing this change happen; by initiative and actions taken from the GME leadership team.
Lately we’ve seen weekly polls on the GME webpage, multiple town hall meetings, Q&A sessions both online and in person, and even leadership “walking around” more.  Allowing the employee voices to be heard, finding and addressing areas of snag, allows everyone to thrive.
